I love to make an Impact

Hello, and welcome to my personal site. These pages serve as my professional portfolio, with information about my background, work experience, credentials, research activities, and technical skills. I also use this platform as a professional blog and hope to regularly publish articles on various technical subjects, particularly related to NVH & finite element analysis (FEA). I will be using the word NVH a lot of times in this site, so NVH stands for Noise, Vibration and Harshness.

I am an engineer by profession and I am currently working as NVH Engineer at Manitou Group, USA that develops, manufactures and markets heavy equipment like Wheel loaders, Telehandlers, compact track & skid loaders for construction and agriculture industries. As NVH engineer at Manitou Group, I lead and own the NVH development for wheel loaders and Track loaders. Responsible for providing full NVH support for current, past and future products which includes working with design teams to incorporate features to meet aggressive NVH performance targets. Prior to this I worked as NVH intern at Volvo construction equipment and Cummins Inc. My resume lists more details about my career.

In terms of academic qualifications, I have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Guwahati. My focus areas as an engineer are (1) Noise & Vibration testing & analysis (2) Computer-aided engineering, (3) Fatigue and durability

In my free time I enjoy playing Tennis, Cricket, PS4, hiking and traveling.
