Windows 10 and Windows 7: Start typing Snipping Tool in the start menu search tool to access the application. This Snipping Tool will let you highlight an area of the screen and take a screenshot, and subsequently save it to your computer. You can then attach this file below.
Mac OS: Hold down the following three keys at the same time: ⌘, Shift and 4. Then click, hold and drag your cursor to highlight the area to capture. Upon releasing your cursor, a file named 'Screen Shot' (with date and time) will appear on your desktop. You can then attach this file below.
